Olivine Counselling gets its name from the olivine stone. Olivine is a gemstone associated with strength, balance, growth, harmony of mind & body, and overall emotional healing and wellness. These attributes are a core part of counselling, as it takes strength and courage for clients to work on addressing their own mental health needs. Mental health challenges can be connected to stress and imbalance in life, work, relationships, and family; therefore, Jen takes a holistic approach, helping clients to re-establish balance and overall wellness in their lives as they learn and grown throughout the therapy process.
